Hey there 👋🏼 I’m Malika Tokmakoglu, based in beautiful Colorado, designing thoughtful products and systems.

I’ve always been drawn to making sense of complexity. Whether it’s a product, a system, or a moment that doesn’t quite add up yet, I like slowing things down enough to understand what actually matters and then shaping something clear and useful from it. That instinct has guided my work across both B2C and B2B products, especially in spaces where trust, clarity, and decision-making carry real weight. I’m most energized by problems that aren’t fully formed, where progress depends on asking the right questions before jumping to solutions.

Outside of work, I’m a mom to a one-year-old boy, which has reshaped how I think about time, patience, and what’s truly matters. I love traveling and experiencing new places, cultures, food and noticing how people live and make meaning of life. At home, that curiosity shows up in quieter ways through yoga, listening to music on vinyl, and long walks with my husband, our son, and our labrador, Skai.
